Overview
The Journal of Sustainable Finance and Accounting [JSFA] aims to provide an outlet for research and scholarship on the broader areas of sustainable finance, green banking, governance, accountability and ethics, and sustainability reporting and accounting. JSFA is an affiliated journal of the Academy of Sustainable Finance, Accounting, Accountability & Governance [ASFAAG] that was established in 2021. The major objective of JSFA is to uphold the mission of ASFAAG is create collaborative research opportunities through concerted efforts at the global stage, for reduction in carbon emission, contributing towards the UN sustainable development goals (SDGs), raising awareness about the green economy initiatives, and helping organizations in establishing sustainable and responsible business practices via sustainable finance, banking, governance and financial reporting.
Scope
JSFA emphasises research and scholarship in debating and discussing issues surrounding sustainable finance, green banking, governance, accountability and ethics, and sustainability reporting and accounting. The scope of the journal falls within the Special Interest Groups (SIGs) of Sustainable Finance and Green Banking, Sustainability Reporting, Sustainable Tax System and Auditing, ESG Accounting and Finance, Responsible Business and Management, and Sustainable Corporate Governance. The journal welcomes submission across the full range of sustainable finance, green banking, governance, accountability and ethics, and sustainability reporting and accounting disciplines, including but not limited to the following:
